Lucky Bay at Cape Le Grand

I have not been to Lucky Bay since the beginning of June but was prompted to add to this blog a note to readers that after watching a news item about Freycinet in Tasmania and how the locals want to preserve the are and not welcome tourists etc etc, I was struck for the second time in the past weeks on how much Lucky Bay looks just as beautiful and similar, although the mountains around it are not as high.  Our area in Western Australia is currently being redeveloped and expanded due to the popularity of the area for a great number of reasons, including those interested in conservation, preservation, camping, nature and alls orts of wonderful things West Aust coastlines offer its admirers.  So if you want to see true beauty, do yourself a favour and visit WA!
